The app is published on Google Play under the developer account name "DNW By AGRAWAL's".
Account information: When you register, we collect your email address, phone number, and delivery address.
Cargo and shipment data: Information you enter about items, routes, customers, and bookings to operate the Service.
Photos: Images you upload or take within the app are sent to our AI service for item identification. Photos are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers.
Location data: If you search for pickup or delivery locations, the text you enter is sent to a geocoding service (OpenStreetMap Nominatim / Komoot Photon) to return address suggestions. If you tap "Use my current location," the app requests your device's GPS coordinates (with your permission) and sends them to the same geocoding service to convert them into an address for the pickup field. Your precise location is used only at the moment you request it and is not stored on our servers or tracked in the background.
Payment information: Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store credit card or bank account details.
Usage data: Standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps) are retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.

Your account and shipment data is stored on secure servers hosted by Railway.app. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in plain text.
We retain your account and shipment data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
