This Privacy Policy describes how DNEXTWELT UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("DNW-AI", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Truck Load Optimizer / Cargo Load Optimizer mobile application and web platform (collectively, the "Service"). The app is published on Google Play under the developer account name "DNW By AGRAWAL's".
Account information: When you register, we collect your email address, phone number, and delivery address.
Cargo and shipment data: Information you enter about items, routes, customers, and bookings to operate the Service.
Photos (item identification): Images you upload or take for automatic item identification are sent to our AI service for analysis. These are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers.
Photos (packing & delivery condition evidence): Separately, photos taken at packing and at delivery (proof of condition, used for insurance claims and delivery confirmation) are stored as part of that booking's record on our servers, and are permanently deleted when the booking record is deleted.
Location data (address search): If you search for pickup or delivery locations, the text you enter is sent to a geocoding service (OpenStreetMap Nominatim / Komoot Photon) to return address suggestions. If you tap "Use my current location," the app requests your device's GPS coordinates (with your permission) and sends them to the same geocoding service to convert them into an address for the pickup field. This use is momentary and not stored on our servers or tracked in the background.
Location data (shipment tracking): Separately, for active shipments using our GPS-based tracking feature, the truck's most recent reported GPS position is stored as part of that booking's record on our servers (used for delivery ETAs and the Control Tower dispatch view), and is permanently deleted when the booking record is deleted. We do not retain a continuous location history, only the most recent position.
Payment information: Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store credit card or bank account details.
Usage data: Standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps) are retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.

Your account and shipment data is stored on secure servers hosted by Railway.app. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in plain text.
We retain your account and shipment data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
